ASL Elite Official Agreements
CODE OF CONDUCT & LIABILITY WAIVER
1. ASL Elite Player Code of Conduct
As a participant in the All Star Soccer League (ASL) Division 1 Elite, you represent the premier tier of Southern California soccer. Professionalism is mandatory.
Facility & Turf Regulations (Zero Tolerance):
- Surface Integrity: Strictly NO gum, NO sunflower seeds, or flavored drinks (water only) on the stadium turf.
- Substance Policy: NO smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption is permitted anywhere on the facility premises.
- Parking Lot Decorum: Absolutely NO "peeling out," reckless driving, or excessive noise in the parking areas.
- Sanitation: NO public urination. Use provided restroom facilities only. Violators will face immediate league suspension and fines.
On-Field Conduct:
- Official Interaction: Only the Team Captain may address the referee crew. Dissent, verbal abuse, or physical intimidation of officials will result in immediate ejection.
- Violent Conduct: Fighting, spitting, or inciting a riot will result in an immediate permanent ban from ASL and forfeiture of the team's $500 bond.
2. Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that soccer is a high-intensity contact sport that carries inherent risks of injury.
- Assumption of Risk: I am choosing to "play at will" and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in ASL Elite matches, practices, and events.
- Waiver of Claims: I hereby release, waive, and discharge All Star Soccer League (ASL), its owners, staff, and facility partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring during league activities.
- Medical Authorization: I certify that I am physically fit to compete and maintain my own medical insurance (as provided in my registration data). In the event of an emergency, I authorize ASL staff to seek medical transport at my own expense.
By checking the agreement box and submitting your digital signature during the ASL Checkout Process, you are legally binding yourself to these terms under the Federal ESIGN Act (2000).
